Shock: we recommend approximately 20–35% sag for this platform.
Fork: we recommend approximately 15–20% sag for this platform.

The Element is compatible with chainrings up to 36t.
Is the Element UDH compatible?
Yes, the Element is compatible with UDH.
Why no downtube storage?
Lowering the frame weight was a more important priority. We still have our dual water bottle mounts and additional accessory mounts on the frames for all the external storage one could want.
What are the shock dimensions?
The Element is only compatible with 190x45mm shocks.
What's the recommended fork travel?
The Element is designed for fork travel from 120mm to 140mm.
Is the Element compatible with a MX wheels setup?
No, the Element isn't compatible with a MX wheels setup.
Does the Element have internal cable routing for cable actuated rear derailleur?
