Our story

“Love the Ride”

That’s what we’ve been up to since 1981, when we started testing mountain bikes on Vancouver’s North Shore after growing bored of riding road bikes. Since then, one core thing has remained consistent—an obsession and group dedication towards sharing that passion and expertise with riders across the world.

Who we are

We’re a collective of designers, marketers, athletes, bike nerds, strategists, writers, riders — and a few proud weirdos — united by one mission: to build every bike with that North Shore–proven Rocky feel.

With headquarters in Châteauguay, QC, an R&D office in Vancouver at the doorstep of the North Shore, and a subsidiary in Europe, we’ve grown from a small Vancouver startup into a brand of global scale.

Canadian MTB spirit since 1981.

What we’re up to

From kids to pros, we’re here to build bikes for riders of every ability. Why? Because it’s the #1 way we can meaningfully contribute to the growth and progression of this weird and wonderful, sport. We build bikes that help riders love riding—full stop. And in doing so, we’re working to create an always-expanding and inclusive community of riders, trail builders, racers, first-timers, weekend warriors, and so much more.
