Rocky Mountain est à la recherche d’un peintre qui, par son savoir-faire, sa rigueur, son souci du travail bien fait, son œil aiguisé et ses gestes précis nous aidera à offrir les plus beaux vélos au monde! 

Facile d’avoir la passion pour son emploi quand l’entreprise où tu travailles se démarque comme étant l’une des marques Premium de vélo de montagne aux quatre coins du monde. Ce prestigieux positionnement se transpose dans des objectifs organisationnels tout aussi ambitieux et motivants.

Votre mission :

Sous la responsabilité du contremaître d’usine, tu seras aux petits soins avec nos vélos pour les rendre impeccables!  Des étapes de décapage à la finition, tu mettras en pratique les meilleures techniques de peinture, masquage et application de décors afin d’assurer la qualité Premium attendue chez Rocky Mountain.

Au quotidien, en respectant les cédules de production, tu auras à opérer le bain à décaper et appliquer la peinture en poudre ou liquide sur des cadres en aluminium ou en carbone.  Tu seras responsable de ton matériel et ton environnement de travail et tu verras à le garder impeccable. 

Parce que ta sécurité et ta santé nous tiennent à cœur, tu veilleras à faire ton travail en respectant les règles de sécurité en place.

Pour exceller et être pleinement épanoui dans ce rôle, vous devez :

 

  • Pour toi, peinturer en poudre ou en liquide sur des cadres en aluminium ou en carbone n’est pas une difficulté.  Tu prends plaisir à le faire et tu es fier de ton travail;
  • Tu as un œil de lynx pour repérer les détails, positionner les décors et c’est dans ton ADN de livrer de la qualité;
  • Tu as les mains agiles, un bon rythme de travail et une rapidité d’exécution qui n’affecte pas la qualité de ton travail;
  • Tu différencies très bien tes couleurs. Tu sais lire, comprendre et appliquer les composantes de couleurs (recettes) ainsi que les plans de masquage.  Si en plus, tu es capable de développer des couleurs, ça serait super!
  • Tu es capable d’ajuster, nettoyer et opérer les différents équipements de la peinture (cabine, four, chaîne);
  • Tu es une personne disciplinée et organisée, pour toi c’est facile de suivre une cédule de production;
  • Tu aimes avoir une certaine autonomie dans ton travail et tu te sens responsable de ce que tu livres;

IT Architect

Description of the position

Responsibilities 

The incumbent’s leading edge expertise in information technology and ability to understand business needs will be key levers of growth for Rocky Mountain’s technology environment. 

  1. System integration 

  • Implement new, upcoming systems 
  • Offer innovative solutions to integration problems 
  • Optimize the integration of existing technological systems and solutions 
  • Identify areas of vulnerability and suggest improvements 
  • Help identify better solutions to connect the various systems 
  • Map the features and functionalities of the various solutions, and connect them 
  • Streamline and standardize processes for optimal integration

  • Understand business needs in order to easily explain and translate them into technological solutions

Qualifications and experience required 

  • DEC (college diploma) in computer science with five years of experience OR bachelor’s degree in computer science with two years of experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Planner), Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, CRM), SQL Server 
  • Experience in system integration 

 

Knowledge 

  • Knowledge of retail and e-commerce concepts and tools, B2B and B2C 
  • Proficiency in English (can understand and be understood in English) 
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology (artificial intelligence, software, cloud computing) 
  • Knowledge of change management and ITIL (asset)

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead

Rocky Mountain is looking for an Ecommerce & Digital marketing Lead, based in North Vancouver, (but open to remote working arrangements) to help share their passion for riding and the Rocky Mountain brand with consumers around the world.

Your mission:  

This role will partner with cross-functional teams to help lead our digital transformation and will be responsible for managing both the B2B and B2C digital experiences, including day to day website improvements, digital marketing initiatives, email marketing programs and paid media channels. You’ll help maintain, engage, optimize and monitor all these digital channels while reporting against their performance.

In collaboration with your colleagues from the marketing and sales teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer and consumer experience. By having a clear understanding of the industry and the needs of consumers, you’ll be help shape our digital roadmap that will enable us to be industry leaders.

 

Your areas of responsibility are:

  • Overall Digital Experience
    Manage B2C and B2B digital channels. Execute ongoing enhancements to the eCommerce website, landing pages and digital marketing tools from design and coding to deployment. Define the feature roadmap, optimize conversion rate, troubleshoot issues and implement ongoing UI/UX improvements to website and all digital platforms working in collaboration with the other marketing team members.
  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Development
    Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to support Rocky Mountain business goals including, growing the global audience, engagement and retention across all digital channels, and supporting key product launches. Collaborate on channel strategies, establishing annual and campaign goals, project roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Paid Media
    Develop and implement paid display, video and social marketing strategies. Coordinate and execute campaigns on appropriate platforms, tracking performance and optimizing approach to drive improved results.
  • Email Marketing
    Own and execute both B2C and B2B email programs. Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns from planning, targeting (including segmenting), design (with graphic designers), coding, testing (including A/B), proofing, execution, optimization and post campaign reporting. Identify opportunities to further advance email automation, triggers, and strategic messaging throughout multiple touch points in the customer journey.
  • Data Analytics
    Perform data analytics, synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable insights and communicate them in a compelling, digestible way. Develop regular reports and dashboards to track performance and leverage insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns.

What you bring: 

  • Post-secondary education in Digital/Interactive Design, Web Development, or equivalent  
  • 4-6 years of relevant and related experience
  • Previous experience working in online marketing, B2B and/or B2C eCommerce websites
  • Direct experience with Shopify, Liquid, and 3rd party integrations
  • Experience managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules
  • Knowledge of UX Design and web development, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Experience in planning, developing and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web (performance, conversion optimization, merchandising, landing pages), social media, mobile, and email marketing
  • Experience with Mailchimp or Klaviyo to plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with industry standard best practices, including CASL and GDPR.
  • In depth knowledge of SEO, SEM and paid digital media
  • Proficient in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge in utilizing first and third-party data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting, and personalization
